About Roohvaani
Roohvaani was founded in 2025 by two authors and best friends, Priti Chaubey and Srishti Srivastava.
While writing their own books, searching for publishers, and trying to place their stories in the world, they encountered a shared reality — telling a real story is not easy.
Approaching platforms often felt intimidating. Sharing personal truths felt unsafe. And many times, stories were expected to be simplified, sensationalized, or reshaped to fit trends rather than truth.
Many powerful journeys never reach people —

but because there is no safe, respectful space to tell them.
That realization became Roohvaani.
